A Breakwater system

Screws in Every Flashing

Every nail in every flashing on your roof comes out, and a screw with a rubber (EPDM) washer goes in. Not just the one that's backing out. All of them. The screw grips and the washer seals. Shingles are still nailed, by hand, through the common bond; the screws are for the flashings. It's how we fasten flashings on the roofs we build, and on the roof you already have.
