About Breakwater Construction

Breakwater Construction is a roofing contractor in Conroe, TX. We're a maintenance, repair and replace company, in that order. A breakwater takes the hit so the water behind it stays calm. That's the job: find what's failing on your roof, fix it once, and tell you the truth about what's left.

We started the same way most roofing companies start

Materials off, materials on. Get the job done. Move to the next one. We weren't bad people. We just didn't know what we didn't know, and this industry doesn't push you to find out.

We asked why. Every time we found a more correct way, we changed the standard. Not for some jobs. For every job. That's why every nail in a flashing becomes a screw, why we hand-nail, and why we'll tell you when you don't need a new roof yet.

What you should know before you hire us

We're a new company. Breakwater Construction was formed in December 2025. We don't borrow anyone else's reviews or job count.
You'll know who's coming. The people who come to your house have names and faces on this page.
We're not the cheapest. Building it right takes more time and more material.

How to check us

Don't take our word for it. Company information has the Texas LLC filing, our insurance, and how to reach us. Texas doesn't license roofers, so ask any roofer for their certificate of insurance and their LLC filing instead.
