Book a roof inspection

Pick a day and morning or afternoon. You get a text confirming the time and who's coming. We spend about fifteen to twenty minutes on the roof, then bring your roof system down to you in photos: the good, the bad, what's failing. You decide. Nothing is sold at the inspection.

Questions homeowners ask

If I book a roof inspection, am I going to get a hard sales pitch?

No. Nothing is sold at the inspection. We show you photos of what we found, good and bad, give you the options with prices, and you decide. If you want to think about it, that's fine. The photos stay in your file.

How long does a roof inspection take, and do I have to be home?

About fifteen to twenty minutes on the roof, then the walkthrough of the photos.

What should a roof inspection report actually show me?

The age, material and pitch of the roof. What's good, what needs attention, and what's urgent, each with dated photos. Your options, maintenance, repair or replacement, with what each does and costs. It's yours to share with anyone.

Will I get spammed with calls and texts?

No. A confirmation, a reminder, an on-the-way text and your photos. Texts only if you check the box, and STOP ends them.

Does the inspection cost anything?

No. There is no charge for the photo inspection, and the photo report is yours to keep whether you hire us or not.
